Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 2.8 oz smoked salmon

Fill with sliced salmon and provola or fiordilatte, whichever you prefer.
Roll the sides towards the center, halfway, place the roll in the freezer for 10 minutes, then remove and cut into slices of about 1 inch.
Place them on the oven tray, brush with oil, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15-18 minutes or in the air fryer at 356°F for about 12 minutes.
