Ingredients
- 2 slices sandwich bread
- 5.3 oz cooked ham
- 0.7 oz mixed salad
- 2.5 oz mozzarella (fiordilatte)
Steps
Place the sandwich bread on the work surface and overlap the slices on the longer side.
Roll with a rolling pin without pressing too much to avoid breaking when you roll it.
Fill with slices of cooked ham, thinly sliced mozzarella or fiordilatte, and salad. If you prefer, you can spread mayonnaise on the bread; I avoided it for a lighter snack.
Roll and wrap the roll in cling film or parchment paper, then place in the fridge to rest for 30 minutes or freezer for 15 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, remove from the fridge and slice.
