- Difficulty: Very easy
- Cost: Very cheap
- Preparation time: 20 Minutes
- Portions: 1
- Cooking methods: Oven
- Cuisine: Italian
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 3/8 cup Water
- 3 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Sausage
- 2 Artichokes
- 2.8 oz Provola Cheese
Preparation
Wash the artichokes and clean the inside by removing the fuzz.
Cut them into wedges and cook in a pan with a clove of garlic if you like, I don’t, oil, and water with the lid on.
Remove the casing from the sausages, crumble them, and cook them in a pan with the lid on.
Prepare the pastry, pour the flour into a bowl, add the oil and water, and knead well.
The pastry should be elastic, not sticky.
Roll out the pastry thinly, make a sort of pizza, and fill half with artichokes, crumbled sausage, and pieces of provola.
Bring the pastry over the filling and seal with a fork, make some holes, and place it on the oven tray covered with paper.
Bake and cook in a preheated oven at 350°F (ventilated) for about twenty minutes.
Bon appétit
