Savory 7-jar Panettone with Mortadella

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 jars all-purpose flour
  • 1 jar water
  • 1/2 jar extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 jar plain natural yogurt (125 g)
  • 1 jar mortadella
  • 1/2 jar provola
  • 1 packet instant yeast for savory preparations
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Steps

  • Pour the water, oil, and eggs into a bowl and mix with a hand whisk, add the yogurt and mix.

  • Gradually combine the flour with the yeast and mix, then add salt, mortadella, and provola; you can add more cheese if desired.

  • Mix well and pour the mixture into a 20-22 cm pan, it comes out a bit low in a 22cm pan, mine is larger so I got a cake but it’s fine.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes, keep in mind that the taller it is the longer it will take to cook.
