Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3.4 fl oz water
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (or seed oil)
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (the one you usually use)
- 1 tsp instant baking powder (for savory preparations)
- 1 tsp salt
- 3.5 oz speck, sliced
- 3.5 oz provola cheese
- 15 olives
Steps
300 g mold
Pour the eggs into a bowl, add the oil and start working with a whisk by hand, add the water and keep mixing.
Combine the flour with the baking powder, mix well, add the salt, the provola cut into cubes and the speck.
Pit the olives except those reserved for decoration and add them to the batter.
Pour the mixture into a 300 g mold, add the olives, crushed pistachios and sliced almonds, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 35 minutes.
Do a toothpick test in several spots before taking it out of the oven.
