Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 3 1/3 tbsps water
- 1 cup zucchini
- 3.5 oz ham
- 3 oz provolone cheese
- Half teaspoon instant yeast for savory preparations
- 1 pinch salt
Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, salt and mix, add the egg and water, knead well, if needed add a little flour.
Divide the dough in half and spread it with your hands on a sheet of parchment paper or in a baking pan.
Grate the zucchini with a large-hole grater and place half on the pastry, add the ham and provolone in pieces, cover with more zucchini and the pastry.
Seal the edges, make a cross on top with the knife, oil and bake at 355°F for about 25 minutes or in an air fryer at 347°F for 14 minutes turning it or in a pan.
