  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5.3 oz speck
  • 2.8 oz provola
  • 7 oz potatoes

  • Roll out one half in a 20-22 cm (8-9 inch) pie dish and fill with speck and provola pieces, cover with the other half and seal the edges.
