Ingredients
- 1 Puff Pastry
- 7.1 oz Cooked Ham
- 3.5 oz Fiordilatte
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
Preparation
My stocking isn’t very big, you can use two rolls of puff pastry if you prefer.
Cut the pastry into the shape of a stocking, you can see HERE the video
Fill half the pastry with slices of cooked ham and fiordilatte cut into pieces.
Sprinkle with some breadcrumbs and cover with the other pastry.
Poke with a fork and seal the edges with a serrated wheel or with the fork.
With leftover pastry, make stars to decorate.
Brush with an egg yolk and attach the stars, bake in the hot oven at 356°F
Bake for about 20 minutes, turn off when the pastry is golden.
