Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 2 zucchini
- 2.8 oz mozzarella
- 4.4 oz speck
Preparation
Remove the puff pastry from the fridge 10-15 minutes before use, then place it in front of you with the wider side facing you.
Cut the zucchini into thin slices with a vegetable peeler and place them on the puff pastry.
Add slices of speck and well-drained mozzarella or provolone, arranging them over the entire surface.
Roll the puff pastry starting from the sides towards the center to form two equal rolls.
Cut into slices about 1 inch thick and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes until golden.
