- 10.5 oz potatoes
- 3.5 oz smoked provola
- 4.5 oz speck
Preparation
Take the puff pastry out of the fridge 10 minutes before using it, then place it on the work surface.
Peel and grate the potatoes with a large-hole grater and place them on half of the pastry.
Add the slices of speck and cheese, then fold the puff pastry over the filling, seal the edges, and pierce the surface with a fork.
Bake in a hot oven at 392°F for about 20 minutes.
