Savory Rose Cake with White Bread

Ingredients

For the recipe, you can also use sandwich bread, I prefer bread for sandwiches.

  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • 1.4 oz speck
  • 2.8 oz provola
  • 0.7 oz arugula

Preparation

  • Flatten the slices of bread with a rolling pin but not too thin.

  • Stuff the slices of bread with speck and pieces of provola, add some arugula, and roll up.

  • Then cut the rolls in half and arrange them in a pan of 7-8 inches, put pieces of provola between one roll and another.

  • Grease well then bake in a hot oven at 392°F for about 20 minutes, it should turn golden.
