A tasty and quick appetizer that you can vary as you like, great with the mascarpone and yogurt base, but you can use classic ricotta or cottage cheese or Greek feta. If you don’t prefer salmon or need to vary, you can use cooked ham, prosciutto, or speck or mortadella with mozzarella or Fior di latte or cherry tomatoes.
