SAVORY SWISS ROLL with ham

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 0.8 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast for savory preparations

  • 2.8 oz provolone cheese

Steps

  • Pour the flour into a bowl with the yeast and salt, add the eggs, oil, and mix well then use the hand whisk and work energetically, bubbles will appear.

  • At this point, it is ready, pour it into a paper-lined pan to make a rectangle of about 8 inches x 10 inches.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for about 7 minutes, a small crust will form on the surface, do not exceed 8-9 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven and roll it up with the paper then unroll it again and fill with ham and provolone, roll it up again and close the paper well.

  • Bake again and cook for a few minutes, 4-5.

  • Remove from the oven and cut into slices.
