- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 3 eggs
- 3.5 oz mild pancetta (diced)
- 3.5 oz provola cheese
Steps

Fold the other half of the puff pastry over, make a few holes or slits with a knife and bake at 392°F for about 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cut into slices and serve.
