  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • white pepper (optional)
  • 1 egg

Steps

  • Put the ricotta in a bowl, add the parmesan, salt and pepper if you like, and mix.

  • Add the salmon pieces, fiordilatte or provola, and the egg, mix well, then stuff the shells.
