  • Difficulty: Very easy

  • Preparation time: 10 Minutes
  • Portions: 3 Pieces
  • Cooking methods: Stove, Oven
  • Cuisine: Italian
  • Seasonality: Christmas, New Year

Ingredients

  • 2 piadinas
  • 10.6 oz cuttlefish
  • 20 mussels
  • 4 large shrimp (or prawns)
  • 1 lime
  • pink peppercorns
  • arugula
  • 4 pitted olives

Steps

For the recipe, I used a ready-made seafood salad consisting of cuttlefish and mussels to which I added the shrimp.

  • If making the salad at home, clean the cuttlefish and cut them into pieces, cook in a pan with a drizzle of oil with the lid closed for about 20 minutes, add the cleaned large shrimp and finish cooking for another 5 minutes.

  • Cut the piadinas with a 4-inch cutter and make 4 discs, place them inside a tart mold or muffin tin and bake at 350°F for about 8 minutes, they should turn golden.

  • In a bowl, combine cuttlefish, mussels, and shrimp, season with oil and lime juice.

  • Place some arugula at the bottom of the baskets and add the seafood salad, a large shrimp, a drizzle of oil, a lime slice, sliced olives, and a sprinkle of pink peppercorns.
