SHORTCRUST PASTRY BUNDLES FILLED with jam, easy recipe, great filled cookies for breakfast or snack
The shortcrust pastry bundles filled with jam of blueberries, are very soft cookies that melt in your mouth, perfect for breakfast or a snack for the whole family, even liked by the little terror of the house who usually does not eat jam.
The recipe for shortcrust pastry bundles with jam is very simple, a rectangle of shortcrust pastry filled with a simple and delicious filling, a real treat to change from the usual Nutella or chocolate, I preferred them, they are definitely tastier.
To fill them, I chose blueberry jam because I love it and the sugar on top of the cookies enriches them a lot, soft inside and slightly crunchy to the bite, they are delicious sweets to dip in milk at breakfast.
