SHORTCRUST PASTRY LOG WITH NUTELLA AND CHOCOLATE

SHORTCRUST PASTRY LOG WITH NUTELLA AND CHOCOLATE, an easy and quick Christmas dessert to make, perfect for breakfast, also great after lunch or dinner during the holiday season.

The shortcrust pastry log with nutella and chocolate is a slightly different version from the usual Christmas dessert; it is made with a shortcrust pastry base instead of the classic sponge cake.

The recipe for the shortcrust pastry log with nutella and chocolate is very simple; once the shortcrust pastry is made, it’s filled with nutella and chocolate, then baked, cut, shaped into the typical log form, and covered with chocolate. Easy and delicious.

For those who don’t like a sponge cake base, this is truly delightful, can also be served for breakfast, and of course filled as you prefer.
