I wanted a main dish with fresh fish that really tasted like summer. So, while passing by the fish market, I got some fresh shrimp and juicy langoustines. In a few minutes, with some sweet cherry tomatoes, I prepared these shrimp and langoustine spaghetti with an irresistible aroma.

In this version, I used al dente spaghetti, a light sauté, fresh cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of good oil. The result is a pasta dish with fresh fish that everyone will love.

- 10.6 oz shrimp
- 7.1 oz langoustines
- 2 tbsps tomatoes
- 1 tbsp salted capers

Clean both the shrimp and langoustines by removing the shell and intestine with the help of a toothpick.
Add a few ladles of pasta cooking water to the sauce, then drain the spaghetti al dente and add them to the sauce.
Cook for a few minutes and serve with a sprinkle of parsley.
