Shrimp Fritters Zeppoline

Obviously, you can use frozen shrimp but I assure you that with fresh fish they are really delicious, you can smell the fresh shrimp.

Fritters with shrimp little donuts

Ingredients

  • 9 oz all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • to taste parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1.1 lbs shrimp
  • 1/2 cube fresh yeast

Steps

  • Clean the shrimp, remove the shell then use a toothpick to remove the intestine, rinse them and boil.

  • Prepare the batter, put the flour in a bowl, dissolve the yeast in the water and pour it into the flour, mix well, add salt and chopped parsley.

  • Mix well, the dough is mushy, sticky, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 45 minutes-1 hour.

  • After the time has passed, heat the oil in a pan or deep fryer then using a spoon drop the dough into the hot oil and let it brown, then drain on kitchen paper.

    My daughter loved them, she really likes shrimp cooked in all ways and the zeppoline are really delicious.
