Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs prawns (fresh or frozen)
  • Half lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • to taste breadcrumbs

Preparation

For the recipe, you can use frozen or fresh prawns. If you choose frozen, I suggest Argentine ones like mine, they are the best, they cost a little more but they are worth it.

  • You can proceed in two ways, cook the prawns with the shell on or remove it, I removed it.

  • So remove the shell leaving only the head and tail, remove the black vein on the back with a toothpick.

  • Place the prawns in a baking dish with a drizzle of oil and bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.

  • Prepare a mixture of parsley and garlic, add lemon juice and a couple of tablespoons of oil, mix well.

  • Remove the crustaceans from the oven, drizzle them with the vinaigrette you prepared, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and put back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.

  • Obviously, you can proceed by cooking in a pan if you prefer.
