Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs prawns (fresh or frozen)
- Half lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste breadcrumbs
Preparation
For the recipe, you can use frozen or fresh prawns. If you choose frozen, I suggest Argentine ones like mine, they are the best, they cost a little more but they are worth it.
You can proceed in two ways, cook the prawns with the shell on or remove it, I removed it.
So remove the shell leaving only the head and tail, remove the black vein on the back with a toothpick.
Place the prawns in a baking dish with a drizzle of oil and bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Prepare a mixture of parsley and garlic, add lemon juice and a couple of tablespoons of oil, mix well.
Remove the crustaceans from the oven, drizzle them with the vinaigrette you prepared, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and put back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
Obviously, you can proceed by cooking in a pan if you prefer.
Bon appétit
