A truly delicious and soft dessert perfect for starting the week off right, the pistachio and chocolate bundt cake is really delightful with its creamy filling and dark chocolate chips.
The recipe for the pistachio and chocolate bundt cake is very simple and quick, the pistachio paste is added by spoonfuls but you can also add it to the batter and mix everything together.
Cocoa and chocolate chips are optional, and of course, you can eliminate or replace them with other ingredients, maybe white chocolate chips if you like, or raisins or even limoncello.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/8 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup pistachio paste
Preparation
Beat the eggs with the sugar in the bowl of the mixer with the whisk until very fluffy, they should double in volume.
Reduce the speed of the mixer to a minimum and add the sifted flour with the baking powder and cocoa little by little.
Add the oil, chocolate chips, mix a little with the whisk then turn off the machine and finish mixing with a spatula by hand.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 8-9 inch bundt pan then add the pistachio paste with a teaspoon.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25 minutes.
