Single-serving LEMON DESSERT

Single-serving LEMON DESSERT with puff pastries, a light and delicious spoon dessert, ready in a few minutes, easy and quick recipe, very creamy and tasty.

The single-serving lemon dessert is the perfect spoon dessert to end a meal lightly, but without sacrificing taste, it is prepared in no time with a delicate base of whipped cream or lighter yogurt.

Perfect for dinners with friends, buffets or even as a Sunday dessert, the single-serving lemon dessert can be prepared in different ways: from the classic light mousse with yogurt and lemon, or with layers of crumbled cookies, or with lemon curd and chantilly cream.

A well-executed lemon spoon dessert must have a creamy but light texture, and must also be visually appealing. Adding grated lemon zest, a garnish of fresh fruit or mint leaves, or using transparent cups to show the dessert layers, are small details that make a difference.
