Ingredients

  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • 2.5 oz ricotta
  • 2.1 oz cooked ham
  • 2.1 oz mayonnaise

Steps

  • Cut the sandwich bread and make 3 squares of about 4 inches, flatten them slightly and place them in a hemisphere mold, like this HERE in silicone or if you have a muffin mold, that will work too.

  • Mix the ricotta with salt, a pinch of pepper, chopped chives and stir, make a layer inside the zuccotti, you need less than a tablespoon.
