FAQ (Questions and Answers) Smoked Salmon and Cheese Canapés
Can I prepare the smoked salmon canapés in advance?
Certainly! They are perfect even if prepared the night before.
How can I replace the red fruits?
You can replace them with raisins for a sweet and savory contrast or with avocado or other fresh fruit such as kiwi or raspberries.
Can I use white bread instead of sandwich bread?
Sure! But I recommend sandwich bread because it has no edges to remove and you will be able to get 6 canapés from each slice, unlike white bread from which you will get one or at most two canapés.
