Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.75 tsp fresh yeast
- 3.5 tbsp butter
- 1 cup water (or milk)
- Half orange juice
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt

Steps
Dissolve the yeast in water or milk.
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, butter in pieces, orange juice, and the yeast a little at a time while mixing well.
Add the salt and knead until a smooth dough is obtained, make a ball and let it rest in a bowl covered with plastic wrap.
Once risen, take the dough and divide it into 2 or 3 parts, roll out each part and fill with jam, roll up and join the rolls by braiding them together.
Place the braid on parchment paper, sprinkle with granulated sugar and let rest for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 356°F then bake and cook for 15-20 minutes.
