Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2.12 oz sugar
- 2.82 oz all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 orange
- 1 apple
- 4.40 oz custard
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Steps
Prepare the custard HERE and set aside.
Put the orange zest in a mixer, add the seedless segments and the white part, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, honey, and blend everything, set aside.
Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and set aside then mix the yolks with the sugar, add the orange, stir, add the flour with the baking powder gradually, add the egg whites folding gently.
Pour the mixture into a 8-inch greased and floured cake pan, add the diced apple and spoonfuls of custard, then sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
