Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 0.75 cups sugar
- 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 packet baking powder
- 0.33 cups milk
Preparation
Beat the sugar with the eggs until you obtain a frothy mixture.
Grate the lemon peel with a tablespoon of sugar and pour it into the mixer.
Gradually add the sifted flour with the baking powder.
Gently mix the batter by folding from bottom to top, alternating with the milk and lemon juice.
Then pour the batter into a greased and floured 8-inch cake tin.
Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
Always keep your oven under control and perform the toothpick test.
Then remove from the oven, let cool, and dust with powdered sugar.
WITH BIMBY: Blend the lemon peel with a tablespoon of sugar on turbo speed for 5 seconds
Add the eggs, sugar, and flour, work with the butterfly whisk at speed 5 for 1 minute
Finally, add water and baking powder through the lid opening with the robot set to movement for 1 minute.
