Ingredients
- 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 egg
- Half packet baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup mascarpone
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup Nutella®
Steps
Prepare the shortcrust pastry base, pour the flour into a bowl with the baking powder, add the sugar, a pinch of salt, the egg, and the butter in pieces, work the ingredients quickly.
Roll out the dough on the work surface and place it in a 8-9 inch mold.
Mix the mascarpone with the sugar, if needed add a bit of milk, pour the mixture over the shortcrust base, bake and cook in the hot oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool, then cover with Nutella and decorate with almond flakes.
