Ingredients
- 2 cups red wine
- Half apple
- 1 peach
- 1 blond orange
- 4 cloves
- Half cup tonic water (or brandy or ginger beer)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- orange juice
Steps
Peel and dice the peach and apple, cut the orange in half and slice one half.
Pour the juice of half an orange into a pitcher, add the sugar and mix well, then add the wine, the fruit, and the cloves.
Let the pitcher rest in the fridge for 1 to 4 hours, then add tonic water or brandy as traditionally done, or ginger beer as I did, before serving.
