- 1 slice Speck
- 2.5 oz Gorgonzola
- 6 Cream Puffs
- 2 Walnuts
Preparation

Cut the speck into pieces, obviously if the slice is small use two.
Try to cut the puffs neatly, store-bought ones tend to break easily, keep that in mind.
Cut the walnut kernels into pieces and mix them with the cheese.
Fill the cream puffs with the small slice of speck then about a teaspoon of cheese and close with the other half of the puff.
Keep the puffs in the fridge until ready to serve.
