Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tbsps apricot jam
- 1/2 cup strawberries
Preparation
Prepare the basic shortcrust pastry, pour the flour into the food processor.
Add the sugar, then mix and add the egg and diced butter.
Work quickly, of course, you can also do this by hand.
Take the dough and roll it out on a lightly floured work surface.
Form a rectangle 1/8 to 1/6 inch thick then fill with jam.
Cut the strawberries into pieces or slices as you like and add them to the jam, then roll up well.
Close the ends, place the roll on the baking sheet, and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F with fan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
