Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz biscuits
  • 1.35 tbsp milk
  • 1 oz shredded coconut
  • 3.5 oz white chocolate
  • 5 strawberries

Steps

  • Melt the chocolate with the milk in a bain-marie.

  • Cook the strawberries with a couple of tablespoons of water for 5 minutes and set aside.

  • Blend the biscuits with a mixer, add the strawberries and mix well.

  • With your hands, form balls, roll them in the white chocolate then in the coconut, and place them on a plate.

  • Store in the freezer for 30 minutes.
