STRAWBERRY CRUMBLE TART Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 7 oz ricotta
  • 4 tbsps sugar
  • strawberry jam
  • 10.5 oz strawberries

Steps

  • Prepare the base by working sugar, butter, flour, and egg with your fingers to obtain a crumbly mixture.

  • Pour half of the mixture into a 8-inch pie pan, compact the base and edges well.

  • Work the ricotta with the sugar and pour it onto the base, then add a layer of jam and the sliced strawberries.

  • Cover with the crumble mixture and bake at 350°F in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
