Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp fresh yeast
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsps butter
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- Nutella®
Steps
Dissolve the yeast in the milk.
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the softened butter cut into pieces, the sugar, lemon zest, and a bit of milk, and start kneading.
Add the rest of the milk and finally the salt. Work until you get a smooth dough, place it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise until doubled, about 4 hours.
After the time has elapsed, divide the dough into 5 pieces, flatten on the palm of your hand, fill with Nutella, then close and let rest on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 356°F then bake for about 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and dust with powdered sugar.
