The recipe for yogurt mini pizzas is very simple: you prepare the dough with flour, yogurt, and instant yeast, mix the ingredients, roll out and cut with a cutter, top with tomato sauce and oregano or your choice, and bake them in the oven.

Ingredients

- 4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp instant yeast for savory preparations

Steps

Knead well, then roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it with a 2 3/4-inch cutter or a glass.

Bake in the oven preheated to 390°F for about 20 minutes.
