Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 packet Baking powder
- 1 1/2 Orange
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
Preparation
Pour the flour with the baking powder into a bowl.
Add some grated orange zest, the egg, and start mixing.
Add the softened butter in chunks and the orange juice.
Mix well and divide the dough into logs.
Cut the logs into small pieces about 3/4 inch in size, like little gnocchi.
Heat the oil and fry until golden brown.
Drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
