Ingredients
- 4 blonde oranges
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Steps
Remove the peel from the oranges, then also remove the white skin from the segments and the seeds.
Put them in a saucepan, add the sugar, the cinnamon, or half a cm of ginger, lime is also perfect.
Cook for 5 minutes, blend everything with the immersion blender and put it back on the stove, add the potato starch little by little while mixing with a hand whisk.
Cook until it thickens, it should become creamy and compact.
Let it cool down, then place the mousse in small cups and decorate with some cream if you prefer, orange slices, and mint leaves.
