- 2 zucchini
- 1 potato (medium)
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 oz mackerel in oil
Steps
Peel and cut a medium potato into cubes and cook it until soft.
Cut the zucchini into pieces or slices, sauté the garlic, then remove it, add the zucchini and let them cook with a little water, add the mackerel and cover with a lid.
Cook over low heat; meanwhile cook the pasta. Blend the potatoes with a bit of water and add the potato cream to the zucchini.
Drain the pasta, add it to the sauce, add a little water, salt and pepper to taste if you like, and toss to coat.
