  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 potato (medium)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 oz mackerel in oil

Steps

  • Peel and cut a medium potato into cubes and cook it until soft.

  • Cut the zucchini into pieces or slices, sauté the garlic, then remove it, add the zucchini and let them cook with a little water, add the mackerel and cover with a lid.

  • Cook over low heat; meanwhile cook the pasta. Blend the potatoes with a bit of water and add the potato cream to the zucchini.

  • Drain the pasta, add it to the sauce, add a little water, salt and pepper to taste if you like, and toss to coat.
