  • 18 oz mascarpone
  • 5 tbsp sugar

  • 12 dry biscuits

Steps

  • Prepare the coffee to soak the biscuits and let it cool.

  • Dip a biscuit in the coffee or a mixture of water and coffee and place it in a small bowl. Make a layer of cream, one of chocolate, and one of biscuits.

  • Continue until you have used all the ingredients, approximately 3 biscuits per bowl.

For the recipe, I used milk chocolate, but any type of chocolate is fine. If you don’t prefer mascarpone with yolks, you can always use just cream.

You can pour the mixture into a baking dish to make a single dessert.
