TIRAMISÙ with KINDER EGGS

TIRAMISÙ with KINDER EGGS, how to recycle Kinder Joy eggs, a very simple and quick recipe with Pan di Stelle cookies and a simple cream of whipped cream and mascarpone.

This tiramisu with Kinder eggs isn’t the most refined, I know, but it was born out of the need to use up a mountain of Kinder Joy eggs my daughter bought. Obsessed with the series Stranger Things, she started buying the eggs to collect all the characters and until she finds them all I have to find a way to use them up.

I prepared a simple cream of whipped cream and mascarpone with the eggs blended, added the Pan di Stelle cookies I had at home and in a few minutes this tiramisu-like dessert was born. It may not be a pastry chef’s recipe, but it saved Sunday and my eggs!

If you’re looking for a dessert with the eggs, a cream to recycle the chocolate from the eggs, or a quick recipe for Easter, this tiramisu with Kinder eggs is really ideal.
