Tiramisù with Pandoro Christmas Dessert

The recipe for tiramisù with pandoro and Nutella is very simple, the eggless cream is perfect for those who don’t have much time to spend in the kitchen, especially during the Christmas holidays.

You can obviously make this dessert with panettone as well or maybe adding some coffee to the cream or preparing a completely different cream, for example, custard is always well-received and HERE you’ll find many creams to fill it.

Ingredients

  • 3 slices pandoro
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • 7/8 cup heavy whipping cream, 35% fat
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 jar Nutella® (250 g jar)

Preparation

  • Cut the pandoro slices in half, lengthwise, or use leftover pieces of pandoro.

  • Whip the cream with the mascarpone and sugar, working everything together with electric beaters.

  • Soak the slices and place them on the bottom of a baking dish, mine is approximately 8″ x 6″ (20 cm x 15 cm)

  • Fill with a layer of cream then add a layer of Nutella and repeat alternating the ingredients.

  • Dust with cocoa and decorate with cereal stars or as you prefer.
