The recipe to prepare this spoon dessert is very easy, the cream is prepared in a few minutes and arranged in cups alternating it with pieces of panettone and layers of Nutella, a really delicious pistachio panettone and nutella tiramisu.

Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 14 oz mascarpone
- 1/2 cup whipping cream, 35% fat
- 2 tbsp pistachio cream (spreadable)
- 2 oz panettone
- 1.8 oz Nutella®
Steps
The egg yolk is optional, you can omit it or use it raw.
If you use the egg yolk, put it in a small saucepan with the sugar and work it with the hand whisk on the stove to warm it up a little, then remove and let it cool.
Whip the cream with the mascarpone, add the egg yolk and the spreadable pistachio cream, mix well with the electric whisk.
Cut the panettone into pieces and arrange some pieces at the bottom of one or two cups, make a layer of cream, one of Nutella, and continue until the ingredients are used up.
Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
