- 1 tsp salt
- 0.1 oz fresh yeast
- 2.1 oz black olives
- 5.6 oz tuna (or mackerel)
- 2.8 oz tomatoes
- 2.8 oz provola cheese
Steps
For the recipe, you can easily use a ready-made pizza dough, either packaged or from the refrigerator section of the supermarket, or you can make it at home.
Dissolve the yeast in the water, pour the flour into a bowl, add the yeast and mix, then add the salt and knead well, make a ball and let it rest for 3 hours.
Chop the tomatoes and put them in a bowl, also add the tuna or mackerel, sliced olives, provola cheese, oil, salt, and oregano, mix well.
After rising, take the dough and roll it out, then divide it into 10 pieces and roll them out, cook in a pan or in the air fryer with a drizzle of oil at 392°F for 7 minutes.
