Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz Potatoes
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 5.5 oz Tuna in oil
  • 3.5 tbsp Mayonnaise (or ricotta)
  • 1 tsp Chives

Preparation

  • Put a small pot with water on the stove.

  • Peel the potatoes with a peeler and cut them into cubes, not too small and not too large.

  • Add the potatoes to the water and cook them for about 10 minutes, they should soften.

  • Drain the tuna and place it in a tall container or mixer, add the mayonnaise and blend everything with a hand blender.

  • Add a drop of water if needed.

  • Drain the potatoes well and place them in a salad bowl, add the tuna sauce and let cool.

  • Cut the zucchini into thin slices and fry them in a pan with a little oil, a few minutes. They don’t need to be cooked much.

  • Drain the zucchini on kitchen paper, add them to the potatoes, add chopped chives, salt, and pepper if you prefer, season well and serve.
