Ingredients
- 10.5 oz Potatoes
- 1 Zucchini
- 5.5 oz Tuna in oil
- 3.5 tbsp Mayonnaise (or ricotta)
- 1 tsp Chives
Preparation
Put a small pot with water on the stove.
Peel the potatoes with a peeler and cut them into cubes, not too small and not too large.
Add the potatoes to the water and cook them for about 10 minutes, they should soften.
Drain the tuna and place it in a tall container or mixer, add the mayonnaise and blend everything with a hand blender.
Add a drop of water if needed.
Drain the potatoes well and place them in a salad bowl, add the tuna sauce and let cool.
Cut the zucchini into thin slices and fry them in a pan with a little oil, a few minutes. They don’t need to be cooked much.

Drain the zucchini on kitchen paper, add them to the potatoes, add chopped chives, salt, and pepper if you prefer, season well and serve.
