Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- Half packet Baking powder
- 1.75 oz Raisins
- 2 Apples
- 1 Pear
- 4 tbsp Butter
Preparation
Place a pan with water on the stove and melt the butter in a double boiler.
Once melted, add the sugar and stir, then gradually add the flour while continuing to stir and in the double boiler.
Move to the table and add the eggs, mix, and add the baking powder.
Peel the fruit and cut it into pieces, then add it to the creamy mixture.
Also add the raisins and continue mixing.
Line an 18 cm pan and pour in the contents.
Bake in the hot oven at 356°F and cook for 30 minutes.

If you want a larger cake, for a 20 cm pan add one more egg, one tablespoon of flour, and one of sugar.
