- 1 cup water
- 7 oz zucchini
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 3 oz ham (oven-roasted turkey)
- 3 oz cheese (your choice)
Steps
Grate the zucchini with a large-holed grater and place them in a bowl.
Add the water, flour, slices of ham, and the cheese of your choice, I used fiordilate.
Mix well and pour everything into a baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and a drizzle of oil.
Cook in the air fryer at 338°F for 15 minutes, check the basket and if needed, cook for another 5 minutes at 320°F or put everything in the pan.
