Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1.8 oz white chocolate
- 1 cup milk
Preparation
Mix the egg yolk with the sugar in a small saucepan, add the flour and work again with the hand whisk, meanwhile heat the milk separately.
Gradually add the heated milk while continuing to stir with the hand whisk.
Add the white chocolate and continue stirring until it melts and thickens well.
Place the cream in a wide and shallow bowl, cover with plastic wrap in contact with the cream and let it cool, serve in cups or use it for filling.
