Ingredients
- 8.8 oz mascarpone
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 3.5 oz white chocolate (I recommend this one, it's perfect)
- 3 tbsps milk
- as needed pavesini
Steps
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with the milk without stirring, leave it on the stove until you see it’s melted, only touch the top of the cube, cook on low flame.
Stir and let the chocolate cool a bit, whip the cream with the mascarpone and the sugar, then add the white chocolate, except for a couple of tablespoons.
Break the pavesini and place them at the bottom of the bowls, make a layer of cream, one of cookies, and some white chocolate, alternate until all ingredients are used up.
Finally, drizzle some chocolate over the bowls, place in the fridge until ready to serve.

Perfect with white chocolate but you can also use milk or dark chocolate, I prefer it, great if you add chocolate pieces or hazelnut or almond crumbs.
If you prefer, you can use egg yolk and eliminate the cream as in the classic tiramisu.
