- 6 egg lasagna sheets
- 500 g bechamel
- 3.5 oz smoked salmon
- 2 zucchini
- 5.3 oz provola cheese
- 2 cups ml milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 knob butter
Steps
Prepare the bechamel: pour the milk into a saucepan, add the salt and nutmeg, then the butter and let it melt.
Add the flour, stirring with a whisk until it thickens.
Grate the zucchinis, two small ones will suffice.
Place two rows of lasagna sheets in a baking dish, spread with bechamel, add grated zucchini, sliced salmon, and pieces of provola cheese.
Add a thin layer of bechamel and cover with a sheet, continue until the ingredients are used up.
My lasagna consists of 3 layers, obviously you can make it as high as you like, the amount of bechamel is more than enough, adjust according to your taste.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake at 356°F for about 20 minutes or according to the instructions on the lasagna package.
